We’re so glad you’re here! I’m Kyla, founder of By Kyla Studio.
My story started back in 2015 when my sisters and I launched a photo booth business. In our first year, we captured over 100 events—and things took off from there. What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a full-service studio offering photography, videography, event design, and branded content.
Today, we’re a creative team focused on weddings, events, and commercial projects. Since the beginning, we’ve been trusted to capture moments that matter—with purpose, clarity, and care. From big celebrations to the quiet in-betweens, our work reflects the energy and emotion behind every story.
With nearly a decade in the wedding and event industry, we’ve grown, adapted, and built something meaningful. Along the way, we’ve brought together a team that shares the same vision: create work that feels true and helps people feel seen.
Weddings will always be at the heart of what we do. I’ve always loved hearing how couples met, how it all began, and then watching it come to life on one of the biggest days of their lives. Wedding days move fast—but the right team helps slow it down. We’re there to catch the moments you felt, the ones you missed, and the ones you didn’t even realize were happening.
Outside of weddings, we work with brands, creatives, and businesses to create visuals that stand out in all the right ways. From product shoots to lifestyle content, we deliver sharp, aligned work made for today’s platforms.
Our approach is simple: stay present and shoot with purpose. From subtle looks to full-on party energy or behind-the-scenes brand moments—we’re here for it.
We’re based in Toronto and primarily serve the GTA, Hamilton, Niagara region, New York City, Miami, and Houston. We’re also available to travel wherever your story takes you.
